Bollywood star couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were clicked at the Mumbai airport on Thursday, February 29, after sharing their pregnancy news earlier in the day.

The two are expecting their first child. They announced the happy news via social media. The post simply read, ‘September 2024,’ with cute motifs of baby clothes, baby shoes and balloons.

According to reports, Deepika is said to be in her second trimester. Her delivery is due in September, 2024.

Earlier, there were rumours surrounding Deepika’s pregnancy, especially after she was clicked at the BAFTAs in a shimmery, glittery saree. The actor had also opened up about becoming a mother in an earlier interview with Vogue, ‘Absolutely. Ranveer and I love children. We look forward to the day when we will start our own family.”

On the work front, Deepika was last seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s superhit, ‘Jawan’. She will next be seen in the Rohit Shetty directorial, ‘Singham Again’. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh was last seen in the Karan Johar directorial, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. He will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. The actor also has Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3 in the pipeline.
