As anticipation builds for the highly awaited film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’, lead actress Rashmika Mandanna has shared some intriguing insights about the upcoming sequel. Scheduled for release on August 15, the film has already garnered immense attention from fans.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Rashmika Mandanna, who portrays the character Srivalli in the film, shed light on her role in Pushpa 2. She revealed that her character has evolved significantly, now playing the role of Pushpa’s wife. Describing the sequel as more dramatic with heightened character conflicts, Rashmika hinted at an increased dose of entertainment and the film as ‘massive’.

Reflecting on her experience working with the team, Rashmika shared her joy at reuniting with co-star Allu Arjun, director Sukumar, and the rest of the crew. When they rejoined for the sequel, she compared the bond that they developed during the first instalment’s filming to a feeling of coming home.
Currently, Rashmika is in Tokyo attending the Crunchy Roll Anime Awards, she spoke about how she had a song shoot before coming to Tokyo and as she returns to India she will have another song shoot for ‘Pushpa 2’. Rashmika Mandanna also suggested the possibility of the film being released on the same day as India in Tokyo for the foreign fans.
