When Deepika Padukone Spoke About Earning More Than Ranveer Singh

In an old interview of Deepika Padukone, she talks about Ranveer Singh never insecure about her career or money.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most liked and adored couples in the Bollywood industry. Both are not shy at all about expressing their love for each other in the public domain, and their fans named them DeepVeer. Both are successful stars in the industry; however, Ranveer at present time has been clutched in false rumours since his three biggest flop films. Meanwhile, an old video of Deepika has surfaced in which she talks about the time they were dating when she was a bigger star and making more than Ranveer. On the same note, she also said Singh was never insecure about her success or money.

The Gehraiyaan actress was speaking with Barkha Dutt at a conclave at that time when she was busier and more successful, which never comes between their relationship. She said Ranveer’s success and the money he makes today are very different. But when we were dating each other seven years ago, I was a more successful person. I was working more and was busier. There were days I couldn’t even be home because of my work. I was making more money, but that has never come into our relationship. which I find unique, and I want to see more of that.

For the uninitiated, Deepika and Ranveer got married in November 2018 at the picturesque location of Lake Como after dating each other for six years. The couple was last seen together in Kabir Khan’s sports drama 83, and the movie did not perform well at the box office.

Talking about their work front: Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Karan Johar’s directorial, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, along with Alia Bhatt. The movie will also feature Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi in key roles.

On the other hand, after the huge success of Pathan, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. Project K, Fighter, is also in the pipeline.
