Pakistan have proposed to hold India’s matches in one place i.e. Lahore. However, the Indian Government is unlikely to give the nod to the Indian Cricket Team to travel to Pakistan due to security reasons. In that case, the BCCI could again propose a hybrid mode. However, all of this depends on ICC’s board meeting in Sri Lanka. All in all, India’s participation in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is not clear yet.
“We haven’t discussed anything about Champions Trophy but I think it’s unlikely that will travel to Pakistan a final call will be taken by the government on travel to Pakistan,” the source told Sports Tak.
