Amitabh Bachchan calls out for legal action against Rashmika’s viral video
Rashmika Mandanna is the latest celeb who fell victim to cybercrime after her deepfake video went viral on social media. The video featured the woman wearing a black outfit and entering an elevator. However, her face has been morphed with that of the ‘Pushpa’ actress. After the video went viral, many pointed out that it was fake, but Amitabh Bachchan had a different take on the same.
AMITABH DEMANDS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST RASHMIKA’S VIRAL VIDEO
After Rashmika’s deepfake video surfaced on social media, Amitabh Bachchan was quick to notice it and demanded legal action against the same. Internet users pointed out that the female in the original video was Zara Patel, a British Indian who has a massive following on social media. Rashmika’s ‘Goodbye’ co-star shared his opinion on X and wrote, ‘Yes this is a strong case for legal (sic).’ Meanwhile, Rashmika has not yet reacted to the video.
Other than this, the megastar also shared another tweet of a journalist on X, which was the original video of the British Indian.
For those unversed, Rashmika made her Bollywood debut with the 2022 film Goodbye. Helmed by Vikas Behl, the film also stars Neena Gupta, Pavail Gulati, Elli AvrRam, Sunil Grover, and Sahil Mehta in prominent roles. The actress essayed the role of Big B’s daughter.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rashmika will next be seen in ‘Animal’ with Ranbir Kapoor. Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, it also stars Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in the lead roles and is all set to hit the theatres on December 1.
Big B, on the other hand, has a sci-fi action thriller film Kalki 2898 AD, a courtroom drama film ‘Section 84’, and ‘Thalaivar 170’ with Rajinikanth in his kitty.
