Amitabh Bachchan has been watching Kareena Kapoor Khan since childhood. The Kapoor and Bachchan families have always had a cordial relationship. Although once upon a time Karisma Kapoor was supposed to get married with Abhishek Bachchan. Later it broke down and the relationship between the two families broke down. However, the Kapoors had a great relationship with Amitabh and his family during Kareena’s childhood. At one time Karina thought Amitabh was a bad person! Amitabh recently shared the real reason in an interview. Amitabh said that in the 1980s, not only he, Kareena’s father Randhir Kapoor was also acting.

At that time, if there was a scene of Amitabh killing Randhir Kapoor onscreen, Kareena thought that since Amitabh was beating his father, he was a bad guy! There was such a scene in the movie ‘Pukar’ released in 1983. And seeing that, the little Kareena of that day got angry with Amitabh.

Recalling that day in a recent interview, Amitabh said, “We were shooting for ‘Pukar’ in Goa. I remember little Kareena watching the shoot wearing a summer hat.” Amitabh himself said, ‘When there was a scene of beating his father, he was very upset with me. Running to dad to save him from bad guys like me…. Karina cried.’ ‘The feet were filled with sand. I tried to clean his feet with water to show that I am not a bad person.” Although Kareena did not take much time to understand that truth.

Kareena Kapoor being heeded to by Big B makes for one adorable memory! Kareena Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan have worked together in films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… and Satyagraha.

Amitabh Bachchan is on a nostalgic trip as he is digging out golden memories from his albums. The latest picture he shared with fans was that of Bollywood’s very own royalty, Kareena Kapoor Khan. While she is now a mother of an adorable kid, Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, as a child Kareena was equally cute! Amitabh Bachchan also shared the interesting story behind the picture, which was clicked on the sets of his film – Pukar. Big B and Bebo’s father, Randhir Kapoor shared the frame in the film and that’s where this gem was captured.

Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “Guess who .. ? That be Kareena Kapoor on the sets of PUKAR shooting in Goa .. had come with Dad Randhir .. hurt her foot .. and yours truly putting medication and taping it !!”

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is currently shooting for Rumi Jaffery’s directorial Chehre with Emraan Hashmi. He recently announced his association with Vicky Donor. The duo will be seen in the same frame for the first time in Shoojit Sircar directed Gulabo Sitabo. The film is penned by Juhi Chaturvedi, who has previously worked on Shoojit Sircar’s film October. And it is not just us who is excited about this collaboration, but even Big B and Ayushmann are looking forward to work together and have already booked their dates to shoot the film this year itself and release it in November!
