Raashi Khanna has emerged as one of the most sought-after stars in South Cinema. Although the diva began her journey in cinema with the Bollywood film ‘Madras Cafe’, she has become a big name in South Cinema making her mark in various films across Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. She has had back-to-back releases in the last few months and is working on more in the Kitty.
The ace-actress recently took some time out to answer some questions from fans. She shared information about her favourite actor and actress, how it was while working with different stars and details about her weight loss regimen. When one fan asked her as to who her favourite actor and actress from Kollywood is, she replied, ‘Vijay and Nayanthara.’ Although her mother tongue is Hindi, she said she knows five languages.
Talking about her co-star Prithviraj, Raashi said, ‘It was a great experience working with Prithvi sir. As we all know, he’s a fabulous actor. She’s also a very intelligent person who is extremely passionate about films and filmmaking.’ When one fan asked her as to what’s her boyfriend’s name, she said, ‘I don’t have a boyfriend yet. When I have one, I’ll definitely tell you.’
Raashi Khanna, who was last seen in Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Tughlaq Darbar’ that went for a direct TV release on Sun TV, is awaiting the release of Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘Bhramam’ on Amazon Prime Video on October 7. She also has Sundar C’s ‘Aranmanai 3’ which is up for release in theatres on October 14. Raashi Khanna is also working on the highly-anticipated ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ starring Dhanush, ‘Pakka Commercial’, ‘Sardar’ and ‘Thank you’.
